Please register and attend any class for a discouted rate of £5 per person (first class only).

Try a Tai Chi, Qigong, Kung Fu, or Kickboxing class. We are located in the London borough of Greenwich, South East London and welcome students of all ages and abilities.

Please don’t feel intimidated if you're new to martial arts — we’re a very welcoming and supportive school.

Register below and select the date and class type you'd like to attend. Trial classes are limited to one per person and are designed to be beginner-friendly, relaxed, and supportive. We have dedicated children and adult classes.

If you're booking for more than one person, submit another form or type the name and age of additional students in the comments box. Parents and children can train together in the same class if marked as "all ages".

Summer holiday timetable:
The school will be closed from 28th July to 28th August 2026. Classes resume on Saturday 29th August 2026.

Class schedule: The school is open on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. All classes last for approximately one hour.

Terms & Conditions: Class Booking & Attendance It is your responsibility to check the date and time of a suitable class and ensure the school is open. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for introduction and warm-up. Fitness & Health You confirm that you have an adequate level of physical fitness and health to participate safely in the selected class. You must inform the class instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or other limitations that may affect your ability to participate. Trial Class Eligibility Each individual is entitled to one trial class only. A maximum of three people per group may attend the same trial session. Personal Responsibility You participate at your own risk. The school and instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during the class.
