The CPAC is offering everyone the opportunity to immerse yourself into an intensive - yet affordable - daytime routine encompassing a plethora of classes in Chinese martial arts, language and culture.

5 hours a day - 4 times a week - throughout August 2011!

Daily Timetable:

10.30 - 12.00 - Kungfu, acrobatics, stamina and flexibility work (all levels)
12.00 - 13.00 - Lunch break
13.00 - 14.00 - Colloquial Chinese class
14.00 - 14.30 - Tea break
14.30 - 16.00 - Kung fu forms, (Shaolin weapons)
